You must have a total of 8 hours of sleep every night.

You must drink plenty of water and not get dehydrated.

Pay attention to your personal hygiene – try not to get infections or catch colds.

Do not forget to take care of yourself first, then your baby, then your family.

Take short breaks whenever you can – either do
breathing exercises or take short naps.

Eat or drink a little bit whenever possible.

Pay attention to any health issues first.
