The use of hot-hot sticks can really restore your healing power. First, you must upgrade your lifestyle.

Diet: Do not miss breakfast, cut back the size of your dinner, do not skip meals and add snacks between meals. You must have a suitable amount of calories a day.  Take 1000mg of Vitamin C every day during cold season or drink lime juice with local honey (8 to 20 ounces a day).  Add 200mg of Ginseng twice a day (either a pill or tea) before 3PM.  Do not use Ginseng if you are already sick, have a fever or an infection.

Hydration:  Liquids can reboot your energy and help to detoxify your body.  Avoid frozen drinks and drink an average of 100ml of liquid every hour.  Drink frequently, but not too much each time.  Don't forget to swish your liquid when you drink.  This can enhance your oral hygiene and properly hydrate yourself.  Drinking enough liquids can help to quickly restore your energy and keep you quickly from getting tired.

Sleep: Proper sleep in an important deposit into your health and energy account.  Avoid staying up too late. If possible, try to go to bed before 11PM. Getting 8 hours of quality sleep every night can help you stay away from the bad cycle of draining your energy.
