Automobile Accidents
Automobile accidents are a part of modern life. People usually pay no attention to the consequences after impact. Most people get treatment when they suffer pain from the events. The trauma from an automobile accident should never be ignored.
In Chinese medicine, we evaluate our health based on our health energy levels. Unfortunately, even a minor bump from an accident can totally shake up your bodily energy. Sometimes these bumps can take a few weeks time to allow the energy to be restored to normal. According to my father Dr. Lee, clients in automobile accidents need to treat their injuries as a very serious illness. The energy damages caused by automobile accidents cannot be visualized (most of the time). A simple whiplash can cause big trauma to your head and brain energy. To prevent this incident from occurring, you must watch out closely and keep a healthy lifestyle. As a man, you think that you have a minor illness and need a few weeks to get over it. As a woman, you think you just had labor and need to restore your energy. The important thing to remember is to get good rest, good nutrition, and good hydration, remain stress free and avoid too much sexual activity. Too much sexual activity does not help you recover. If we use accounting practices as an example: after an accident it’s like going on a big shopping spree without keeping track of your spending. It’s very important to slow down to allow your energy account to replenish and get back to normal. If not, you’ll pay a hefty price with health issues down the road.
